Glenfiddich 18 Year Old

Glenfiddich remains the world’s bestselling single malt and when you uncork a bottle of the classic 18-year-old it’s easy to understand why. Gentle on the palate, but packed with character, this is a great example of Speyside whisky with notes of dried figs, hazelnut praline, marmalade and tea leaves. Hints of cigar boxes and fruit cake let us know this bottling is partly matured in good-quality oloroso casks, while a pleasant sense of weight points to old-fashioned direct-fire distillation. The Glenfiddich 18 Year Old has been a favourite around the globe since it first landed on our shelves in the mid-1990s and it’s great to see this flagship expression still reaching the same heights of quality today.
