Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky – Peated 18 Years Old Ex-Oloroso Sherry Casks 45.7% ABV Nose: Burnt caramel, lime oils, bread and butter pudding, dark chocolate crunchie, a recently smothered bonfire! Palate: Fruit cake, dried papaya, charcoal, pipe tobacco & winter spice, soft tannins (black tea) Finish: Earthy peat lingers, sweetness returns, wet sugarey shredded wheat, a gente cellar-esque funk Non-chill filtered and natural colour. This spirit may haze at low temperatures and under dilution.
