Glenrothes Single Malt Scotch Whisky 2007, 19 Years Old Rejuvenated Hogshead / 250 bottles 54.2% ABV Artwork by: @KMGYEAH Nose: Spicy grapes, crystallised ginger, standing near the candyfloss machine, white pepper and meadow flowers, golden apples, shortbread, buttery vanilla Palate: Lots of shortbread on the palate, some honey with marzipan. White grapes and baking spices continue, along with fresh hay, butterscotch and yellow fruits Finish: Good length with pears, apricots and grapes on the finish. A touch of lightly oaked Chardonnay about this one Non-chill filtered and natural colour. This spirit may haze at low temperatures and under dilution.
