A vatting of three 2007 sibling casks, there’s a sumptuously velvety texture that envelops all manner of baked apple and white chocolate notes. A triumph from the indie bottler. Tasting notes from Highland Laird: Nose: Rich vanilla and honey, with hints of toffee and caramelized sugar. Palate: Juicy apricots, baked apples, and hints of lemon zest adding brightness. Finish: Slightly dry, leaving a pleasant warmth and a whisper of white chocolate.
