Fourteen first-fill Bourbon casks were vatted by Francis Cuthbert for this scrumptious Summer Batch of his 2013 Daftmill Single Malt. As a devotee of this distillery, I am perennially thrilled to explore the subtle nuances Francis finds with each seasonal release. This iteration harks back to one of my personal favourites, the Winter 2007. There is a similar interplay between green touches of floral herbs and yellow tones of custard and vanilla.
