Released at 43% ABV, only 174 bottles were produced. A timeworn elegance suffuses the nose, where baked apple and Calvados intertwine with antique oak, faded rose petals and a wisp of peat smoke. The palate unfolds with quiet confidence, revealing medlar jelly, orange blossom and quince, all wrapped in a gentle Sherry warmth. A comforting glow follows through the mid-palate, with notes of gingerbread, supple leather and a whisper of beeswax polish.
