The nose opens with a lush interplay of ripe banana and white peach skin, overlaid with soft malt biscuit and vanilla pod. Hints of marshmallow and lemon curd flicker in and out, lending a light, almost playful elegance. The palate deepens as pear-drop sweets and caramelised banana give way to a silken thread of lemon sherbet, gradually revealing honeyed malt, a lick of candied ginger and polished oak.
