Macallan Amber Meadow The Harmony Collection

This fine whisky is inspired by Stella and Mary McCartney's childhood Scottish holidays. On the nose, there are aromas of flowers, meadow grass, and wet fields after the rain. The fruits nod towards fresh apples, pears, and a hint of honeydew melon. There is an abundance of complexity, heightened by the small percentage of ex-Bourbon casks used – a point of difference for this release. The palate has a wonderful oily texture and fresh citrus flavours develop into rich notes of coconut, soft brown sugar, and raisin-speckled scones.Amy Johnson, Senior Account Manager, Berry Bros. & Rudd
