This beautiful single malt leads with an early and bright creamy richness on the nose, with the sweet notes from the American oak hinting at the mouthwatering palate. Freshly baked almond biscuits, and impressive citrus and orange peel give the whisky great structure and finesse. There’s plenty of tropical fruit, caramelised pineapple and confected fig here, and the full texture means the flavour lingers and holds, so it can be enjoyed long after the final sip.
