Foursquare Barbados Rum 2007, 14 Years Old Refill Barrel / 272 bottles 57.1% ABV Artwork by: KK Hiroshima Nose: A rum-soaked Christmas cake, mace, cloves and pineapple. golden syrup, dried ginger, 80% Cacao, overripe plum, old oak furniture, pineapple cubes Palate: Dried peels, more cloves. Aged PX, walnut oil, chilli flakes, nutmeg, gentian, and Fernet. Some sultanas, pineapple chilli salsa. Finish: Quite spicy – chilli, cloves, ginger. Earthy clay, white pepper and more pineapple/chilli salsa. Notes: Pot column distilled, 8 years of tropical aging. Non-Chill filtered and natural colour. This spirit may haze at low temperatures and under dilution.
