Nikka Coffey Gin 47% ABV A beautiful Japanese gin here from the spirits house that’s crafted celebrated whiskies including Nikka from the Barrel and Nikka Days. Coffey Gin is made from a blend of 11 botanicals, four of which are different Japanese citruses: Yuzu, Kabosu, Amanatsu and Shequasar. There’s also the traditional juniper, coriander and lemon and orange peels, too. A classic gin with a bright, vibrant twist. Tasting note: Aromatic and zesty, with a gently warming, oily texture. The citruses come through alongside the earthy juniper, with a slight peppery spice towards the finish.
