While the distillery itself is undisclosed, it’s widely thought to be Jura. Aged for over two decades in a refill barrel, it offers soft intricate notes of orchard fruit, honey and custard cream biscuits, set in a gently aromatic peat smoke. Just 198 bottles of this fascinating whisky will ever be released.
