L'Encantada Pouy / 1998 / 56.1% / 50cl A stunning Armagnac expression here, distilled back in 1998 and released by L’Encantada, an indie bottler set up by a group of spirits-loving friends. We're big fans here at Milroy's. Nose: Sweet note of soft oak , vanilla, caramel, butterscotch, with some soft minty tones and spice, grapes and soft pear notes in the background. Palate: Very fruity with dark cherries, spices and a nice freshness heading into the mid palate, a touch of salted caramel and vanilla hits the palate leading to a nice rich finish.
