Foursquare Fidelitas 55% 70cl Exquisite rum here from Barbados-based distillery Foursquare. Crafted at the celebrated maker back in 2004, it’s a blend of both pot- and column-still distillates, aged in the country for 19 years in ex-Bourbon barrels. This was followed up by a one-year finish in ex-Marsala wine casks to pack in even more flavour. With a richly nutty nose elevated by sweet spices and citrus fruits, and a smooth, complex palate with oak and coconut, Fidelitas is a truly special bottling. A small-batch expression, just 2,160 bottles will ever be released.
