This is often a wine that matches the Premiers Crus here, as is the case in 2023. The nose is floral with lots of sweet spice. It’s even more expressive on the palate, with crunchy strawberry and cherry notes alongside violets and spice. This is fresh and vibrant with lots of refreshing acidity. It is not the most concentrated Chambolle, but this has pitch-perfect balance and a lingering, saline finish typical of the vintage.Berry Bros. & Rudd
